Anti pollution, speed control limit faulty

Hello! Bought Peugeot 407 2.7 2007 2 weeks ago with cracked intercooler pipe. Just replaced it, but my problems still here. Made full diagnostic at Arnold Clarc's, lot of small intermittent issues, low turbo pressure, high fuel pressure.
