peugeot 406 lx hdi with anti pollution problem

I have a peugeot 406 lx 2.o hdi

the problem i have is the screen says anti pollution defect it keept cutting out when ideal had some one out to code read it 

code came back as p1176 description fuel regulator agreement ...
